Skin Treatments

Chemical peels remove damaged outer layers of skin on the face to smooth texture, reduce scarring, and remove blemishes and pre-cancerous growths to produce healthy, glowing skin. Peel formulas and strengths are tailored to each patient. Peels can be combined with other procedures such as facelifts for a younger look. All peels require adequate sun protection for your new skin.

When you smile, laugh, frown, or look puzzled, you contract the muscles of your face. Over time, these contractions produce permanent furrows and deep wrinkles in the skin, especially around the eyes and mouth, between the eyebrows, and on the forehead. These lines can make you look older, sad, angry or tired. BOTOX® Cosmetic helps to relax facial muscles that can cause wrinkles. Dermal fillers, such as Restylane®, Juvéderm® Injectable Gel and Radiesse®, are composed of hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite and help rejuvenate lost facial volume, giving you a more refreshed look.

Microdermabrasion improves mild to moderate sun damage, scarring, wrinkles and other superficial skin problems. A gentle stream of tiny particles exfoliates the outer layer of skin and provides a fresh, glowing, younger appearance. Only a small amount of skin is removed, so sensitive areas such as the face, chest, neck, arms and hands can be treated. Results are comparable to a light chemical peel and should be immediately visible.

As we age, the skin on our hands can change just as much as the skin on our face, resulting in thinner, sagging skin and an increased visibility of the tendons and veins. Hand rejuvenation is a restorative treatment that combines fat grafting techniques with chemical peels to effectively replace lost volume and improve the overall appearance of the hand. Desired results can usually be achieved after a series of two to three treatments spaced six weeks apart.
